Victor Soto Lopez was born in 1995 in the city of Santiago , third son of the family. He grew up and met his best friends in their place of residence in Recoleta . 

He studied for basic education in different schools , but all their secondary education studied at the " Liceo Application" During a time of intense mobilizations and protests by the struggle for a better education.

At age 19 he went to study Public Administration at the University of Chile where they fight to survive the long days , and the English Teachers.

Public administration vs private management.

The public administration is not the same as private management. They are different in structure and objectives. 

The Public administration seeks the common good instead of private Administration has only private purposes and profit. Another difference is who is destined for the Public admisnitration for all citizens, while the private managment only for some. In relation to the shpere of operation, the public administration is in the state, and the privates is the market. 
Another big difference that can be found in front of these two classifications , is the origin and destination of economic resources, While public housing management gets its economic resources of taxes private management does through private capital.

In addition to their differences , they also have similtudes, the two kinds of administrations have mechanisms of strategic leadership and management, which conceived elements and human resource planning , managing standards of efficiency and effectiveness that lead them to optimize their performance to achieve the purpose for which they were created.

When i was a child, i didn't think i wanted to be when I grows up, but when i was about 15 years old
I wanted to be many things, like a doctor or a techaer, but when I entered 4th year of secondary , I knew I wanted to be something related to social work. After seeing the results of the PSU , they had several options related to social work , but I liked was "Public administration" for her mesh study. I applied to study "Public administration" at the "Universidad de Chile as first option and at the "Universidad de Santiago" as the second option, finally i was in the first choice. And my experience in the University has been very rewarding , I have met many people and I've had a good time. In the future i would like to work in my municipality, Recoleta, for my people...

Santiago Walking Tour.

The best place to start the “Walking Tour” is “La Piojera!” located in “Estación Mapocho”, in this restaurant you can eat a lot of typical chilean food and at very cheap prices. Other place to visit is “Fantasilandia”, a amusement park very funny, located in “O’higgins Park” near of the subway with the same name, but it is advisable to bring food , because here is very expensive. A very interesting place to visit is “Museo de Arte Precolombino”, located in the center of Stgo city, specifically in “Bandera” Street, in this place you can find a variety of collections of pre-Columbian art, there pieces with more 3000 years old, like Chinchorro mummys, the oldest in tyhe world. Inside the place they do not sell food , but close to this there are many food businesses.

Hello, my name is Victor and in this post i 'm going to talk about my favorite musical style, the RAP, specially the chilean Rap.

Rap is a music genre developed in North America, but more developed in the late 60s between the African American community in the United States. In Chile, it emerges as a means of protest during the military dictatorship. 

While the Chilean rap arises , in its infancy, as a means of protest and also to portray the experiences of the popular sectors of the country , today , there are rap groups on various topics such as love, use policy , revolution , parties , friends , etc.
